Dr. Barry Hardy leads our research and innovation activities. He coordinates the OpenTox project in predictive toxicology and is leading the EBiSC and ToxBank European infrastructure development projects and the international Scientists against Malaria project. He also organizes and leads the international Certified Knowledge Managers (CKM) Training Program in Switzerland.

Dr. Pavel Kraus is the Business Development Manager at Douglas Connect. Dr. sc. nat. ETH and M.A. Univ. of Chicago and has held various positions at Hoffmann-La Roche in international marketing and marketing research in the global headquarters in Basel, including Knowledge Networking Officer for Roche Diagnostics. He is also the founding partner of AHT intermediation, a consulting firm specializing in knowledge management programs in international companies and public organizations.

Michael Wyrsch is an Associate Partner at Douglas Connect. He has an MAS HSE and held various positions at Hewlett Packard, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Credit Suisse. In these organizations he was the leading person for designing, implementing and running the Knowledge Management environment. He is also the founding partner of Wyrsch & Partner GmbH, a consulting firm specializing in knowledge management, innovation, innovation management and human change management.

Beat Knechtli is a founder & Managing Director bk / University lecturer / Senior Leadership & Development Manager, Group Human Resources, Baloise Group, Switzerland. He is experienced Practitioner in Organizational Development, Leadership, Strategic Management, KM, Change & Innovation Management • Former CKO PwC • Former Knowledge Manager & Deputy Head of HR Development ABB • University Lecturer • Various Management positions with F. Hoffmann – La Roche

Stephan Bohr is Head of Knowledge Management (EMEIA) Advisory at PwC. He has seventeen years of business practice in external and internal consulting at PwC. Since 2001 he is in a leading national and international responsibility in Knowledge Management and successfully also leverages his expertise in respect to Information Technology, Business Development and Innovation. He has led and coordinated large KM related projects with up to 40 full-time-equivalents and has run successfully a KM department with up to 20 full-time-equivalents on a national basis in Germany as well as international teams of the same size.
